The View co-host, Sunny Hostin, had strong words for the Biden administration regarding its obvious racist double standard for helping Haitian migrants who are seeking asylum at the U.S.-Mexico border.

On Tuesday, the “Bronx boricua,” along with her co-hosts, shared their thoughts on the migrants’ treatment by border patrol officers and Biden’s blatant disregard for the Black islanders who are looking for a better life amid chaos in Haiti.

“Now Haiti was just ravaged by an earthquake, and the [Haitian] president’s assassination has left the country in chaos, but the president is still flying migrants back there,” Whoopi Goldberg expressed to The View panel. “Is this beyond an immigration issue? Is it a full-blown human rights crisis? If it is, why aren’t we treating it like one?”

Conservative Carly Fiorina asked the same question.

“Why aren’t you talking about Haiti? Why aren’t you doing anything to help Haiti?” Fiorina asked, alluding to Biden not being prepared for the influx of Haitian migrants. “Why weren’t you prepared for this? This shouldn’t be a surprise. An earthquake, a coup, a pandemic. Of course, people are leaving. Why is it a shock that 15,000 people show up at the border? We’ve got to help them where they are. And the administration should have been, I think, better prepared, and I wish they would talk about it.”

Though all the questions were valid, Hostin had the strongest feelings about the president’s Black tax imposed on Haitians. The outspoken woman also ran down Haiti’s tumultuous history with France and the United States saying that Haiti and its people have always been demonized– specifically because it was the first free Black nation to whoop a colonizer’s ass.

“Well, I think the reason that we’re not seeing more help- if I’m gonna be frank about it- is because they’re Haitian.”

“I think that is the history,” she continued. “the punishment of Haiti for becoming the first Black free nation in our hemisphere. I think that U.S. policy towards Haiti has always been corrupt and it doesn’t have to be that way because we know that the United States can do it, there is a way to do it, there’s just no will to do it.”

Hostin continued the glorious read by saying, “The United States and the White House has promised to bring ninety-five thousand Afghans here – and I’m not saying they shouldn’t be brought here. They should be. That is the promise of this country, but if you can send ninety-five thousand Afghans here– why are you sending eight-six Haitians back on an airplane to a county that has been devastated?”

Hostin made no qualms about her personal interest in the crisis.

“I take this personally because my husband is Haitian and I have been to Haiti many many times,” she said.

“It is a beautiful country with a rich culture and beautiful people, and they should not be treated like this.”

Biden has been hands-off with regard to Haiti even when its president was assassinated after trying to stage a coup in the democratic republic.

Tuesday’s callout on The View isn’t Hostin’s first time giving all the smoke to a president over her husband’s patria.

In 2018, she sounded on Twitter after former President Trump spat racist vitriol against the Caribbean nation and its citizens.

“My husband is Haitian. My children are Haitian. I am disgusted by the racist comments made today by @realDonaldTrump,” Hostin wrote. “He owes me, my family, the wonderful people of Haiti and the American public an apology. I’m waiting………”
