The alleged assault victim of late rapper Coolio is seeking a six-figure payout from the deceased man’s estate. She based the stakes of her claim on the fact that Coolio allegedly owed her the money at the time of his death, as reported by Radar Online on June 13.

The outlet obtained court documents that said that the victim, Randa Davis, submitted a creditor’s claim against Coolio totaling $173,069.28. The amount reportedly came from a $104,000 default judgment decided against Coolio back in 2013.

The original allegations against the rapper explained that Davis went to a concert of his that took place at the MGM Club V on September 7, 2009. The court documents described that Coolio was “heavily intoxicated” when he invited her up to his VIP suite following his performance.

It read, “Approximately 5 to 10 minutes later, [Coolio] asked [Davis] to look over the balcony at the crowd. While [Davis] looked out over the dance floor, [Coolio] was jumping or dancing behind her. A few seconds later, [Coolio] pushed [Davis] from behind in the back. [Coolio] proceeded to jump on top of [Davis’] back and “bull rided” her.”

Davis alleged that she felt “pain in the lower back” from him jumping on her and that even after that night, she sustained “serious and permanent injuries to her back.”

Outside the physical pain, she continued to claim that she had “pain, disability, mental anguish, medical expenses, wage loss, loss of future earning potential and other damages.”

For her injuries and emotional distress, Davis filed for a million dollars in damages over the assault and battery at the concert. After the rapper didn’t respond to the allegations, he was ordered to pay the default judgment.
