An Ohio man lost his apartment and gained a record after he was caught spewing racial slurs and threatening Kiauna Larkins in front of her young child.
Larkins was delivering a Door Dash order to a customer in Wyndham Ridge Apartments in Stow, Ohio, when she encountered an angry James Rhodes. She told CBS News that Rhodes became irate after she drove her car around him to complete her delivery.
Apparently, that pissed him off because he got out of his car and started talking out the side of his neck.
Larkins filmed the tirade on her cellphone.
Rhodes repeatedly demanded the delivery driver “get the f**k outta here” as he exited his vehicle. He proceeded to brag about paying $1000 a month to live in the Ohio apartment complex and claimed Larkins barely made that in two months.
“How do you know that?” she calmly asked.
“You’re a dumb Black f**king n****r b***h, f**k you,” he replied.
Larkins maintained her composure– to the pale man’s displeasure and asked for his name. Rhodes ignored the question and continued his tantrum.
“Yea, and I’m racist and I’m a racist motherf****r,” he yelled. “I got an AK-47 into my f**king god**n car. I’ll blow your f**king head off.”

The woman’s three-year-old son could be heard talking in the background as Rhodes lost s**t. He was better behaved than the 53-year-old manbaby shouting at his mother.
As she drove away, Rhodes screamed he was “f**king tired of you n****rs!”
The racist clown was arrested on Tuesday and charged with ethnic intimidation, a fifth-degree felony, according to The Akron Beacon Journal. He was also slapped with aggravated menacing, misdemeanor. He pleaded not guilty to the lesser charge while the felony will be referred to a Summit County grand jury.
He reportedly told investigators he let his anger get the best of him and denied owning any weapons.
Hopefully, they have room at the jail house because Rhodes was also asked to leave Wyndham Ridge Apartments. The complex condemned his behavior in a statement posted on its Instagram page.
“At Wyndham Ridge, we do not tolerate or condone any kind of racist, threatening language and overt threats of violence and have since taken down the video,” the statement read. “We moved swiftly to address the situation and are actively working with law enforcement officials to resolve the matter. On Monday, April 19, Wyndham Ridge served the resident with a notice to leave the premises, and he has agreed to move.”
