A Florida Woman Threatened to Assassinate Kamala Harris

According to a South Florida Federal court complaint, a Florida woman, Niviane Petit Phelps, threatened to assassinate Vice President Kamala Harris.

Reportedly, Phelps sent videos dated to February 18 to her imprisoned partner in which she makes the following statements, “If I see you in the street, I’m gonna kill your ass, Kamala Harris.” And, “I’m going to the gun range, just for your ass.”

The complaint states that Phelps warned, “50 days from today, mark this day down, stupid b***h, Kamala f****n’ Harris vice president. You gonna f****n’ die 50 days from today, I swear to f****n’ God.”

BET reported that Phelps’ photos were intercepted posing at a gun range while holding a pistol, and next to her, a target with bullet holes in it.

The complaint also reported that when the Secret Service showed up at Phelps home, two weeks after she applied for a concealed carry permit, she shared that she didn’t think that Vice President Harris was “actually Black.”

She also added that she didn’t like how Harris held her purse at the inauguration ceremony.

However, in court, Phelps claimed that she has no intention of proceeding with her plan or going to Washington D.C. She claims to be “past it.

Things began to get a bit hazy when Phelps” daughter, who was in the room during the

interview, stated: “Didn’t we say we were going?” That to which Phelps responded, “No, we’re not going.”

Phelps expressed, “somebody told her that America is going to choose who they choose, so she had to put her rage about the Vice President aside.”

When Secret Service confronted her on what would’ve happened if they had not interfered at her home when they did, Phelps responded, “I don’t know, l don’t know-.”
