Chiefs Quarterback Patrick Mahomes’ Younger Brother, Jackson, Allegedly Sexually Assault A Restaurant Owner at Her Business

The younger brother of Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, Jackson Mahomes, is accused of sexual assault, grabbing a woman by the throat, kissing her without consent and bribing her to keep quiet.

On February 25, Jackson allegedly assaulted a restaurant owner in her establishment. The alleged victim was Aspen Vaughn of Aspen’s Restaurant and Lounge in Overland Park, and she called the police.

Jackson was charged with three counts of aggravated sexual battery and an additional misdemeanor, the Kansas City Star reported.

The KC Star also reported that he shoved a 19-year-old waiter before making his unwanted advances on the 40-year-old restaurateur.

The story of Jackson’s alleged sexual assault begins with reported claims of access to a private business inventory and office space.

The brother of the Chiefs quarterback instructed Vaughn to meet him in her office. There, he allegedly kissed her three times without consent and grabbed her by the throat. Outraged, Vaughn told servers what had happened to her.

Jackson and Vaughn have a long history, with Jackson having been kicked out of her restaurant in a previous encounter.

That night, he had crossed the line and was willing to bribe the alleged victim by offering her a promotion on his large social media platform.

Jackson and his friends were asked to leave, and they angrily complied, the KC Star reported.

On May 15, Johnson County District Judge Thomas Sunderland ordered the release of a redacted copy of the police affidavit, which included surveillance video from the police report provided by Vaughn.

The redacted copy of the affidavit says Jackson entered the restaurant with five friends and went to the restaurant’s basement to retrieve his water bottle.

The 19-year-old waiter, whose name was redacted, tried to stop Jackson from entering the restricted area.

Jackson, the brother of Chiefs quarterback Patrick, pushed the waiter aside.

The newspaper reported that the younger Mahomes tried to apologize to the waiter, but insisted that he would have to repeat himself twice and that he should leave the room if he was in the same room.

Jackson also told the waiter that the office was off-limits to him.
