In a shocking turn of events, NBA star Dwight Howard has been hit with a lawsuit filed by a man named Stephen Harper, who claims Howard assaulted him and pressured him into having a threesome.

The lawsuit accuses Howard of assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and false imprisonment. It claims that Harper felt violated, humiliated, and in fear of bodily harm during the encounter. Howard has not yet responded to the allegations.
