Florida Substitute Teacher Arrested For Allegedly Giving Underage Girls Drugs In Exchange For Sex Favors

In Florida, a former substitute teacher was arrested and charged for allegedly providing vape pens, drugs and narcotics to underage teenage girls in exchange for sexual favors.

Enreeka Nalasco, 32, was arrested Friday on the following charges– “sexual battery, human trafficking, using a computer and then traveling to meet a minor, and contributing to the delinquency of a child.”

In March, Miami Beach Police began investigating Nalasco after a school resource officer found girls at Nautilus Middle School in possession of narcotics and electronic vape pens.

According to the arrest report, the girls, between the ages of 11 and 14, knew Nalasco as “Swaggy.”

The ex-substitute teacher would friend request the underage girls on Snapchat, selling them vape pens, marijuana and nicotine.

One instance resulted

in a 13-year-old being suspended for having narcotics at the school. The unidentified minor told police that Nalasco brought a vape pen to her home and noted him as “the main distributor for Nautilus Middle School students for marijuana and vape pens.”

Another report details he sexually battered a 12-year-old girl. She met Nalasco in a parking lot to buy a vape cigarette but was forced into the back seat of his car to have sex with him.

The suspect also allegedly booked a hotel room for a 14-year-old teen and sent her an explicit video of himself.

Nalasco was fired from the school in 2018 after school officials discovered his connection to the students on Snapchat.

Miami-Dade County Public Schools released the following statement regarding the fired substitute teacher:

“Miami-Dade County Public Schools (M-DCPS) is deeply disturbed by the troubling allegations made against this former employee. This individual has not been employed with M-DCPS since 2018 and is precluded from seeking future employment with this District.”

The suspect is currently being held at Miami-Dade County’s Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center without bond.
