KJ Morgan Gives Late Mother Credit For Early Graduation and College Acceptances

A 17-year-old Georgia high school student who graduated early and got accepted to his top colleges reflected on his road to graduation.

Kj Morgan recently took to Facebook to share his academic journey with the world and give a special thanks to his late mother for being his motivation.

Morgan wrote, “May 12, 2019, at 10 am, I seen my mom take her last breath. She was my best friend. My hype, man. My partner and crime. My everything. We always talked about how she was gonna be screaming, and I was gonna be crying at graduation .. here I am … walking the stage ….without my best friend. I’m doing this for you, Ma. I accomplished many things this year but graduating a year early with working was my biggest flex.”

The inspiring teen graduated with honors and is an honor society member.  He simultaneously worked to become a paraprofessional while he attended classes.
Besides these incredible accomplishments, he also graduated a year early with an associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education with 26 credits.
Morgan worked as a hairstylist and vlogged on YouTube during his time enrolled in high school.
He was accepted into three of his top colleges and planned to enroll in college as a sophomore, with all of his core freshman classes already completed.
While chronicling his accolades, the teenager mentioned,” Being strong is not always muscle wise… WE DID THAT, MA.”

After his inspiring message went viral, the public sent encouraging messages to Morgan and requested his Cash App to send him monetary love.

One user wrote, “Your accomplishments thus far are so amazing. Your mom raised an excellent young man and scholar, and I’m sure she’s super proud of you just as we are. Your very best is yet to come. Oan, I used to live in Warner Robins when my ex was on the Air Force.”
Another said, “You are an amazing young man! Your mama did right. She must’ve been one amazing woman! I have no doubt raising such a hard-working, smart and goal-oriented young man! You keep doing you. You are going places, young man! I’m thankful I ran across your post, brings faith in humanity back! God bless you and much love from a complete stranger!”
“God bless you. I know she is proud,” someone wrote.
KJ added his Cash App username for those wishing to donate, which is,

$kjmorgan16.
