Man Arrested After Dismembering Wife In Texas

Forty-seven-year-old Sean Preston was arrested for the death of his wife, Keysha Preston, in Houston, Texas, on Dec. 15. Preston is accused of dismembering his wife in a hotel room at the Motel King on Laura Koppe Road on Nov. 24 or Nov. 25.

Security footage showed Mr. and Mrs. Preston, 41, entering the hotel room, but Mrs. Preston was never seen leaving the room. Authorities believe that Preston murdered and dismembered her body inside the hotel room.

Preston was seen carrying multiple heavy-looking bags from the room. Authorities also said Preston told a friend that he needed some muriatic acid and a “throw down vehicle.”

Family members became concerned when she didn’t show up to Thanksgiving dinner. Keysha’s son reported her missing on Nov. 29 after his calls went unreturned, and the person who Preston had requested acid from called him and said Preston had confessed to killing his wife.

Authorities interviewed the unnamed caller, who said he did not provide Preston with the acid or vehicle. Several days later, he did meet him and noted scratches on Preston’s face. Preston allegedly told the man that his wife was no longer a problem.

The unnamed man also told police that Preston threatened his life.

“If you don’t want to end up like Keysha,” said Preston. “Then keep your mouth shut.”

The hotel staff also reported smelling bleach when they entered Preston’s room to clean it after checking out the hotel.

Preston allegedly lured his wife to the hotel after she’d caught him molesting a young boy in the family and reported it to the police. The boy had told Keysha Preston that her husband had been molesting him when Preston was intoxicated.

Preston was also charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child relative. He was accused of the crime just one day before the murder charge. Authorities believe that Preston dismembered his wife and removed her body from the hotel room in duffle bags and other bags.

Keysha Preston’s remains have not yet been found. Sean Preston is being held on a $250,000 bond for the sexual assault of a minor and a $2 million bond for the murder.
