Sister Silk Confirms Ineitha Lynette ‘Diamond’ Hardaway Richardson Dead At 51, Donald Trump Sends Condolences

One-half of Donald Trump’s hen corner has passed away.

Diamond, of Diamond and Silk infamy, passed away on January 9, according to a tweet from the duo’s official Twitter account.

“The World just lost a True Angel and Warrior Patriot for Freedom, Love, and Humanity! Please respect the privacy of Diamond’s family! Memorial Ceremony TBA,” the post read.

The 51-year-old woman, born Ineitha Lynette Hardaway Richardson, died, but the cause of her death still has not been confirmed.

Around Thanksgiving, Diamond contracted COVID and was hospitalized. Her sister, Silk, born Herneitha Rochelle Hardaway Richardson, wrote on Twitter, “Anyone who believes in the power of prayer please pray for Diamond.”

Donald Trump posted to his platform, Truth Social, regarding Diamond’s death on Monday.

“Really bad news for Republicans and frankly, ALL Americans. Our beautiful Diamond, of Diamond and Silk, has just passed away at her home in the State she loved so much, North Carolina. Silk was with her all the way, and at her passing. There was no better TEAM anywhere, or at any time! Diamond’s death was totally unexpected, probably her big and precious HEART just plain gave out. Rest In Peace our Magnificent Diamond, you will be greatly missed!”

Reactions to Diamond’s death varied on Twitter from people offering condolences to others cooking her.

Diamond and Silk gained notoriety for caping for Trump and being avid MAGA supporters. They were the Black darlings of the goofy-a**ed right wing. The duo secured a FOX News show, Diamond and Silk Crystal Clear in 2018 and endorsements as well. The pair were infamous for spreading lies about COVID vaccines, so the network ultimately canceled the show.

After what they’ve said and tweeted you won’t be seeing them on Fox Nation or Fox News anytime soon,” The Daily Beast reported.

Silk posted to the fundraising site GiveSendGo soliciting donations for her deceased sister.

“The World just lost a True Angel and Warrior Patriot for Freedom, Love, and Humanity! Diamond blazed a trail, founded on her passion and love for the entire race of humanity. The memory of her passing should forever remain in our hearts. In this time of grief, please respect the privacy of Diamond’s family but remember and celebrate the gift that she gave us all!”

She’s raised slightly over $21,000.
