The restaurant’s journey to airport stardom comes after Slutty Vegan recently reached terms for the settlement of a lawsuit filed by three former employees in Brooklyn. The $10,000 settlement agreement is now pending approval by a judge.

Meanwhile, Johnny’s Chicken & Waffles, a concept born from the creative minds of singer-songwriter Ne-Yo and chef Crystal Smith, is ready to bring its soulful delights to Concourse B alongside Slutty Vegan.

Atlanta-based ASW Distillery is also set to join the airport’s lineup, offering travelers a taste of Georgia’s finest spirits. Not far behind is the Old Fourth Distillery, which made history by becoming Atlanta’s first distillery to open since Prohibition in 2014.

The Concourse B locations are masterminded by concessionaire Delaware North Companies Travel Hospitality Services, the winners of the Atlanta airport contract in partnership with H&H Hospitality. On Concourses C, E, and F, a different group of concessionaires, a joint venture of Areas USA Atlanta LLC, Shellis Management Services Inc., and AETC, will open exciting culinary options.

With the 10-year contracts approved by Atlanta City Council, the airport’s culinary transformation is set in motion. It may take some time for the restaurant locations to be designed and constructed, but this culinary revolution is worth the wait.

In a world where airport dining can often be mundane, the arrival of Slutty Vegan, Johnny’s Chicken & Waffles, ASW Distillery, and other delectable options is like a breath of fresh air for travelers passing through Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson Airport. This culinary reimagining promises to elevate the dining experience, offering a true taste of Atlanta and the South to travelers from all over the world.
