NFL Star L’Jarius Sneed Loses Older Brother In Fatal Louisiana Stabbing

L’Jarius Sneed, a cornerback for the Kansas City Chiefs, tragically lost his brother last Friday, Dec. 10, after he was attacked by a woman, the Associated Press reported. Known by his nickname TJ, T’Qarontarion Harrison was reportedly stabbed in the back in Minden, Louisiana, and died due to his wound.

According to the Associated Press, Steve Cropper, a local police chief,

stated that he “died from a single stab wound to his back that punctured his lung.” Following the incident, the 32-year-old attempted to drive to a nearby hospital but reportedly ended up crashing the car. Soon after, Harrison underwent emergency surgery but was later pronounced dead.

A 47-year-old woman named Angela Washington is now facing a second-degree homicide charge, the Associated Press reported.

Sneed, born in the same Louisiana town where his older brother was fatally stabbed, reportedly took time over the weekend to be near his family. According to the Kansas City Star, the NFL star is also
