People Bullied Biance Busby’s Homeless, Mentally Ill Mother, She Posted A Viral Response

A woman named Biance Busby has responded to users mocking her homeless mother for sleeping at a bus stop with an updated video of her showing that they are both fine.

On June 6, Busby took to TikTok to defend her mother, who has not been publicly named, who is passed out on a bus stop bench with a “Help” sign on the back. While some may find the viral image of Busby’s mother funny, the comments rubbed Busby the wrong way, shaming those who laughed and questioning the intentions of the original poster.

The picture is reportedly an old photo.

@mamab8033 ITS BEEN A LONG ASS TIME COMING, but no matter what people will forever be people! People are evil and corrupt and even God regrets making us because of how evil we are. Don’t believe me, read GENESIS! But yea my mom has been on and off the streets and ive done my best to help support her and you better believe its only up from here 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰😇‼️#mamab803 #motivationmonday #bullyingawareness ♬ original sound – Biance Busby

“This is the lady that carried me for nine months. [She is] getting picked at, getting bullied all over the internet. And I know a lot of people on the outside lookin’ be like, ‘Well dang, if that’s your mama, why you not taking care of yo’ mama? Why you not doing this? Why is she in that position?’” Busby said on TikTok. “My mom, she suffers from mental illness. She’s schizophrenic, she’s bipolar, and has a lot going on.”

The daughter also explained the trauma her mother has endured, including the pain of losing a child a decade ago.

“My oldest brother, he committed suicide in 2013, and that triggered her and made her worse than she already was… The whole purpose of this video is because I wanted y’all to see how evil people really are.”

After struggling to find long-term treatment at a hospital clinic and unable to hold a job, the mother was condemned to homelessness, the daughter explained.

“Calling her a b–?….It be your own people,” the TikToker said. “How many white people post a picture like this and pick at them?”

Based on Busby’s username, mamab8033, and the number on the backboard ad, the area code suggests that Busby and her mother are from Columbia, S.C., and records show that Busby is the owner of a business called Mamas Hands, a massage parlor.

At the end of the video, Busby and her mother are seen together in a parked car and in good spirits, with the mother kissing her daughter on the cheek.
